Aanika’s journey into mindful living began at just seven years old, when the rhythmic sound of heavy brass bracelets drew her into the world of movement and expression. Trained in Classical Indian, Folk, Contemporary and Bollywood dance, her performances have taken her across the UK, India, Spain, Japan and Canada. Each step became part of a deeper exploration of self.

As the founder of Buddha Boutique, Aanika brings this wisdom into every carefully selected product and experience. Her vision is simple – to help others rediscover their true selves through mindful living, movement and spiritual connection.
